No Halloween is complete without a pumpkin or two. Since my boyfriend had never carved a pumpkin before, we each got one. After we carved them (during which I almost cut off my fingers with his Swiss army knife on more than one occasion) we made pumpkin soup and ate it by the candlelight from our pumpkins.
